Welcome to the RF Works Corporation website. RF Works Corporation and RF Works Extrusion laboratory are located in beautiful Cocoa, Fl. We have been family-owned and operated since 1998.

RF Works uses a unique process for the production and application of deboss logos as well as three dimensional, multi-colored logos to vinyl upholstery panels using radio frequency heat sealing. We have produced logos for more than 100 of the worlds finest boat manufacturers.

The intended purpose of RF works Extrusion Laboratory is to provide a means of formulating thermoplastics into compounds suitable for extrusion or injection molding using small sample quantities of resins, to extrude pilot scale film or sheet(1) suitable for physical testing and prototype samples, and to test heat seal properties of experimental pilot film or sheet.
